General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
Ticket purchase
Ticket sales and administration are handled by the Quickchange Company. Purchased tickets will neither be exchanged nor refunded.
Fees
No fees are charged by the Quickchange Company. Any fees charged by banks or third-party providers or advance booking offices are possible.
Performance visit
The valid admission ticket must be physically presented to the admission service without being asked. Guests without valid tickets will not be admitted to the performance; Admission after the start of the performance is not guaranteed; The instructions of the staff regarding the time of admission and availability of seats must be followed; There is no entitlement to a refund of the ticket price.
Space
The Quickchange Company reserves the right to change the seating plan and to allocate other (equivalent or better) seats to the customer if the booked seat is no longer available due to the change made or if the enjoyment of the performance is significantly impaired from this seat;
Game schedule changes
If a performance is cancelled, the customer can either exchange their tickets for another performance of the same production, provided that no alternative performance is planned, or is entitled to a refund of the purchase price. This claim expires if it is not asserted within 10 days of the actual presentation date;
Cast change
If the cast of a performance is changed, there is no entitlement to a refund of the purchase price;
Bad weather regulations for open-air events
The organiser will make every effort, as long as the safety of the guests and performers is guaranteed, to hold the performance even in rain and bad weather and points out that there may be delays in the start of the performance or interruptions. Short-term postponements are possible at any time due to weather conditions;
If a performance has to be cancelled after 60 minutes, it is deemed to have been played (no refund or replacement performance); If a performance is postponed or cancelled, any catering or additional services already consumed shall be deemed to have been purchased; On the alternative date, new catering or additional services can only be booked against additional payment;
For a performance that has been postponed or played for less than 60 minutes, a replacement performance will take place on the next available reserve day. The postponement date will be determined by the organiser; The tickets remain valid for the replacement performance. A refund is excluded.
